My method solves a Rubik's cube [or other 3 x 3 x 3 cube model]. You can apply the method to solving the cube blindfolded too because each part of the solution does not jumble up the pieces much - so you can stay focused on the parts of the cube which remain to be solved. I simply took existing solutions and tweaked them to jumble up the cube minimally and allow the cube to be solved in stages - like a weight-lifter would lift something heavy in stages.
The method which I have seen on the web for blindfold cubing is:
Rubik Pochmann Method. I think there is an audience who are unable to solve a cube anyway and are just fascinated by the claim that they can be taught to do it blindfolded.
I simply claim that my method works and is fully presented; I do not claim that it is the best approach; merely an attempt to apply the benefits of mnemonics to a tough puzzle.
My solution begins with 'micro moves' where I classify little twists by labelling them with letters of the alphabet. Later, I build sentences out of those letters where each word begins with one of those letters; I do the necessary twist for each letter and thus, by the end of the sentence, I have achieved some useful effect on the cube. I use video to show the moves.

Y, M, H and F single twists
- Y, M, H and F single twists
I, N, P, Q and T double twists
- I, N, P, Q and T double twists
B and C twists at other cube faces
- B and C twists at the back cube face - ['clockwise' in the narrative means 'as if you are facing the face which is being rotated'].
L, R, W and J left face and right face moves
- L, R, W and J left face and right face moves
The only hard part about those moves is that you need to take time to learn them; but they are easy moves!
Next, I will give you 'acrostic' sentences which combine those moves together and get things done on the cube!
